Frederich Wyss violins are the pinnacle of European luthiery tradition. The finest available European tonewoods are meticulously crafted by makers working in the tradition established in Germany centuries ago to ensure the highest tonal and workmanship standards. Tonally adjusted and hand-varnished by master luthiers in the United States, these instruments are nothing less than true professional models, worthy of the conservatory studio or the concert stage. Their rich, mature sonority penetrates to the furthest reaches of the concert hall. Carved from highly-flamed European maple and select aged European spruce and hand-varnished a lustrous amber, the Wyss Guarneri Violin is noted for its old, played-in sound and response.

Listed below are estimates of typical outgoing shipping fees that you might expect:
- 1-4 Bows: $15
- 1 Violin/Viola & up to 4 bows: $30
- 2 Violins/Violas & up to 4 bows: $45
- 1 Cello & up to 4 bows: $75 for cellos

We are delighted to take instruments and bows back in trade, and allow 100% of the original sales price toward instruments and bows of greater price, after subtracting the cost to put the instrument back in saleable condition. This includes any credit allowed from a rental or earlier trade-in of an instrument or bow. Cases are not included in trade-in value.
