If you are currently renting an instrument from us, you can view and manage your rental payments online. Log in to your web account, or create one and follow one of the links below:

Rental Account History - Follow this link to view past rental payments and payments due.

Make Rental Payments - Follow this link to view your outstanding rental balance and make payments. If you wish to change your primary billing card for automated monthly payments, please call us at 855-FIDDLE-5 (855-343-3535).

Rental Credit- Please e-mail us for all inquiries regarding your accumulated rental credit.

Maintenance & Repairs- To schedule maintenance and repairs for your rental instrument, call the shop at 855-FIDDLE-5 (855-343-3535).

Returning Your Rental Instrument- To return your rental and end future billing, you must return your instrument to our store. You can also make arrangements to ship the instrument back to us, for details please review our shipping instructions for rental instruments or call us at 855-FIDDLE-5 (855-343-3535). In order to avoid further billing, your instrument must be received before the first day of the following month.
