At The Long Island Violin Shop, we offer private, one-on-one in-person cello lessons, so every student gets the attention they deserve. Our classes are taught in our roomy, comfortable, and well-lit teaching studios, each one featuring large windows overlooking our display floor, so parents of students can observe their children as they learn their lessons and master their new instruments.  

If you prefer virtual lessons, we can accommodate you!  Our virtual lessons are taught by the same instructors as our in-person lessons and utilize all the same teaching techniques and materials, so whether you choose in-person or virtual lessons, you can be sure your child receives the same level of quality instruction and one-on-one attention.

Learning how to play cello requires commitment and constant learning, but the process can be fun and extremely rewarding. If you are looking for cello lessons, we offer lessons at our Huntington, Smithtown, and Setauket studios and in the Long Island area. We offer affordable weekly cello lessons in half-hour or one-hour formats and with our automatic billing, paying for your lessons is easy and convenient.
