Kevin "K.O." Olusola - Pentatonix Beat-Boxer Releases "Celloboxing" Debut

LIVS_Blog_KevinOlusola_copy26-year-old Kevin "K.O." Olusola has made an incredible name for himself. Olusola has been recognized the world over for his beat-boxing, cello playing, and role in the Grammy Award-Winning group, Pentatonix.

Olusola's musical career as Cellist, Pianist, Saxophone Player, and Beat-Boxer has been nothing less than dazzling. An academic as much as he is a musician, Olusola studied Pre-Med and Eastern Asian Studies at Yale University while earning two performances at Carnegie Hall, an appearance on NPR, and second-place in the 2009 "Celebrate and Collaborate with Yo-Yo Ma” international competition.

The latest in a long list of achievements is The Renegade EP. Olusola's first solo-record. this album is a perfect blend of classical finesse and modern beats – it features one of Osulsola's original compositions "Renegade" along with covers of popular songs, including John Legends "All of Me," Demi Lovato's "Heart Attack," and this fantastic cover of Sam Smith's "Stay with Me."
