Thomas A. Ferrara Wins 2019 Photographer of the Year Award

As you may recall, Newsday reporter Kay Blough did a special feature on our very own Charles Rufino which was published in Newsday last April. The article included many wonderful photographs of Charles working in his studio which were taken by photo journalist Thomas A. Ferrara. We just recently learned that in March of this year, Mr. Ferrara was the recipient of the 2019 Photographer of the Year award sponsored by Canon and awarded by the New York Press Photographers Association. The Photographer of the Year Competition was part of the NYPPA's 84th annual Photography and Multimedia Contest. Congratulations to Mr. Ferrara!
