The Revelle Model 630 Viola is a powerful contender in its price range. This instrument has a booming sound with dark and earthy tones. The 630 has a carefully selected Russian spruce top, air-dried for 15 to 20 years, and master-grade flamed maple back. It is varnished with the finest spirit varnish and light antiquing. Each 630 is setup with a Despaiu bridge, Wittner tailpiece and Dominant strings.
