John Irwin Violin 1992 - Kochanski

$ 9,000.00

John Irwin was a contemporary maker based in Dallas, Texas whose violins were given away as prizes at the Paganini competition in Italy.

This violin is copy, Guarneri 1741, Kochanski pattern.  The tone is pure, rich, and warm and it projects clearly, to the back of the room.  Brown varnish, medium grain, two-piece nicely flamed back.

Although over 30 years old, this instrument is in mint condition and would be very suitable for an advanced musician.

All boxwood fittings.
