This violin was hand crafted by master violin maker, Klaus Ludwig Clement, Leipzig, Germany, in 2022. It displays a high level of craftsmanship, tastefully antiqued, a copy of a 1735 Guarneri, and has a warm, full, clear tone.
Klaus was born in Bavaria in 1956 and studied violin making in the Bubenreuth workshop of Karl Hoefner. In 1987, he was certified as a master maker, partnered with Weise in 1995, and in 2000, and opened his own workshop. His instruments are exceptional and difficult to come by.
The V10 model is the highest tier, Klaus' best work, and this one is a beauty!
