Wow. Just wow. The service. I spent 15 years in retail, and another 15 years in health care, so I know about customer service. I ordered something from here because I hate Amazon, this was about the only other place I could order one that had it in stock. They found out after I placed my order that it wasn't in stock afterall, so she spent time calling to find one, found it, and they offered to ship it directly to me. Instead of dropping the ball there, she followed up, calling me to tell me what had happened, calling them to get tracking info, emailing that to me, and telling me when to expect it. This is over an above for the average company. I am truly impressed. Can i give 6 stars?
