StringAmp Comes To The Long Island Violin Shop

Charles recently set up an electro-acoustic violin with the revolutionary pickup system designed by Michael Edinger - StringAmp.

The Long Island Violin Shop is planning a special event in the first quarter of 2012 where we will have Michael in from Denmark to do a lecture and demonstration. In the mean time, you may come check out the instrument at the shop whenever you please.

The sound is unlike anything you have ever heard. As you turn the volume up on the instrument, there is no distortion in tone, only the same sound you hear from your violin but louder.
